Mindfulness. Simple presence, even when surrounded by activity.
Movement all around me. Coming and going. A mouse. Four humans. Two cats. And a streetfull of vehicles.
I observe. I breathe in.
Mindfulness. Conscious living. Awareness of all around me, and all within me.
I consciously sidestep “monkey mind”, the urge to let my mind scramble at rapid speed all over the place. Instead, I become quieter. More focused. More present. Mindful.
Present in theses moments of wondrous Now-ness.
Then, realization: wondrous is actually ordinary.
