Connecting With Natural Inner Rhythms

 

Saying No. Saying Yes. Asking for what I need. Speaking my truth. Being where my feet are. Welcoming spontaneity.

Taking time to rediscover and re-acquaint myself with my natural inner rhythms.

Inner rhythms: alignment with the natural talents and tendencies that make me who I am. Connection with the organic flow of life and breath within.

I experience freedom from mind and judgement. Releasing attachment to expectations. Allowing my sense of confusion and obligation to melt away.

Instead, inviting quieter harmony. Opening and softening to the tranquility beneath intellect and emotion.

Listening to my body, my spirit. Paying attention to whatever comes up within, choosing to be informed by it. Showing up to life and moving forward in it with deeper awareness. Intuitive wisdom. Consciously opening to the next right thing.

Saying No. Saying Yes. Asking for what I need. Speaking my truth. Being where my feet are. Welcoming spontaneity.

Stopping over-analyzing every little damn thing.

Gently and lovingly enjoying the flow of my natural inner rhythms. Embracing them lovingly, caring for them like children, honouring them with conscious attention.

Moving forward centred and balanced.
